A member asked:

I'm in a wheelchair. is there any workouts i can do to treat a prolapse uterus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, kegel exercises: Pelvic floor exercises, or kegel exercises can help with mild to moderate prolapse. In severe cases surgery may be necessary. To do these exercises sit in a chair and squeeze around the anus like you are try not to pass gas. Next squeeze around the front like you are trying not to pass urine. Hold each squeeze several seconds and repeat 5 times. Do this several times a day.
