Aseptic necrosis of-: -hips need an orthopedic surgeon,. There is not a Dx of aseptic necrosis of the spine. They may mean degenerative arthritis, or vertebral compression. If so @ your age you also need 2 see a fellowship trained spine surgeon, my preference is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in spine. Common causes in your age group makes me think steroid exposure, alcoholics, renal dialysis. GET EVAL
