Eat and drink enough: Although everyone is eager to lose wt after baby, eating and drinking adequate amounts during the months you are breastfeeding is also important in providing adequate nutrition for your baby. You are hungry because you are (still) eating for two. Do what you can to increase your daily activity to burn calories (get out for walks, etc, and take baby with you if you can s/he will enjoy the ride).
