Well balanced: eat fruit, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, lean meats. Complex carbohydrates instead of sugar drinks. If you are on medications- check with your doctor if they are OK for breast feeding. Include dairy products in your diet and try to get a good balance of all the foods. Variety is important.
