I broke my baby toe about ten years ago it has always stay fatter then the other toes the past 2 years its swellen like a ball shape on the toe and i have a hard time wearing shoes some days it even hurts when i'm bare foot also under the toe my foot bed

Hammertoe: When you broke it, it sounds like the bone didn't heal straight, and over the years the shoes have put pressure on the bone. When excessive pressure is put on the toe bone over a period of time, the bone gets bigger to be able to take the extra pressure from the shoe. The skin over the bone starts getting thicker to protect the bone and the toe swells and becomes inflammed. Visit the Podiatrist
