Dry eyes?: You may have dry eyes which may be helped with artificial tear. Your eye exam may be normal since eye drops are often used to dilate your pupil or numb your cornea thereby providing some liquid to your eyes. Be sure that you are seen by an ophthalmologist and not an optician.
