Spotty vision ?Cause: Bc u note u've had nl eye, neuro exams & nl EEG & MRI -- AND that these colored spots arise when you're feeling anxious -- it seems reasonable to consider anx as a cause. Psychiatric illnesses are diagnoses of exclusion -- meaning you and your doc should rule out all medical causes 1st to be safe. There is robust literature to support various visual changes that occur in mood & anxiety disorders
