Possible, but see MD: UTIs can clear on their own, but don't count on it. The symptoms often improve but the infection persists and can turn serious. In addition, at your age (17), if you are sexually active, many apparent UTIs are due to STD, especially chlamydia or gonorrhea. You should see a doctor or clinic for professional evaluation.
