Get care immediately: If "right side" means your flank (side or back) or upper abdomen, probably your UTI has progressed to pyelonephritis (kidney infection). If lower abdomen, maybe you don't have UTI but chlamydia or gonorrhea now complicated by pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, tube infection). Either way, you need immediate care. Do it right now (Sunday) even if it means an ER visit, especially if fever or chills.
