I would so "no": Usually, 10 days is considered to be the outside time limit to detect nicotine after it has been ingested. However, the tests are very sensitive & depending on age & dose, cotinine (a nicotine metabolite) has been detected as long as 3 months after. Current use of e-cigarettes and/or vaping will very possibly result in positive nicotine tests, though, apparently, not ALL e-cigs contain nicotine.
