Of course .....: ...if it fits in your calorie allotment! I presume you are talking about a diet designed for weight loss. As long as you eat a reasonable portion and you still have room for fruits and vegetables that you need for good nutrition, you can assign a few (300-400) calories to meatloaf and cornbread, at least once in a while! Do make sure you know your daily calorie allowance for weight loss:)
