No junk food: Avoid eating junk food and prepares food that has flavor enhancers in them . These include msg , soy protein isolate, protein isolate , carragenan all there to make you eat more . Avoid fructose and high fructose corn syrup. Eat more protein and vegetables preferably organic and aviod bread and dairy products and you will lose weight.
