Consult the OB/GYN: A cervical stitch at 15 weeks is usually done for cervical incompetence. If you are having this procedure done then you are at high risk for your baby being born too early. You should be under the care of an OB/GYN who will be doing the procedure. That is the best person to advise you about when or if it is safe for you to travel.
