See a doctor: If under so much stress you can barely function, it's time to see a doctor for help. You need a review of your health, your stresses, and how they're affecting you. From the extent you describe, you could probably benefit from specialized care with a psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist. With these, you can explore what you're experiencing & find ways to make changes, and/or deal with it.
