See below: Pfts are usually performed and interpreted by pulmonologists but any internal medicine trained doctor can interpret them. Stress tests are usually done by cardiologists but some internists do them as well.

PH by echo w/ resting pressure @ 40, slight sleep apnea, treated mild asthma, BP 130/90, 78% TLC/PFT, 9 min treadmill stress test, doc says lower BP will help PH but no reason for RHC, SOB on exertion and resting for years. Clear lungs. Recommend???
