Not much: can be done before tomorrow. Go ahead and get a good night's rest and do your best tomorrow. Once the test is done, resolve to get in better shape. First eat healthy - lots of protein and fresh fruits and vegetables. Exercise - begin by walking several blocks and over time increase your pace and distance as tolerated. Aim to be able to exercise 150 minutes per week 30 minutes at a time. Good luck.

Don't sweat it: Stress echo is simple-you run in the treadmill then the echo is done immediately after. It is ordered not to test your fitness but to determine if you have some form of heart disease. Regardless, you should work out regularly for health sake.

No worries: Relax, and get a good night's rest before your test. Stress ECHO's can be done chemically if exercise is a problem. Just go and do your best, but be sure to complain about any discomfort. This is a completely voluntary test, remember. It is YOUR body. You are in control of how the performance of the test goes or even if you allow it to be done, ok? You are in charge. Make sure you hydrate before.
