More info needed: Low grade fever and feeling more tired may be a viral process, You should be seen to verify your status and not take chances. Have you been exposed to anyone who is ill? Interim, try increasing clear fluids, bed rest. Tylenol, (acetaminophen) if you are not allergic; see your doctor
