Atypical fever in adult onset stills disease? several symptoms line up, including blotchy salmon rash, fatigue, sore muscles, some joint pain.. etc. except the fevers are generally every couple weeks and usually low grade instead of daily spiking.

Just a thought: but this sounds to me more like chronic STREPTOCOCCAL infection!
I would suggest you look carefully at your SKIN , THROAT, NOSE for any lesions which may be "harboring Steptococcal (GROUP A) organisms!
