Needs Neuro Eval: Besides brain MRI you need a complete neuro exam to help arriving at cause for numbness.

Thots: Several possibilities, and MS perhaps is less likely. Would first wonder about peripheral neuropathy, perhaps of small fibre variant, but a problem in the neck could also present this way. Do believe a neurologist could help out, so worth seeking a full formal consultation.
