I have a better idea: You're taking a proactive approach to your health, but why not choose something that will actually work? Diet's not the key to managing acne. Anyone telling you that goji berries are especially nutritious, or that acne is best treated "naturally", is misleading you. If topical benzoyl peroxide or retinoic acid haven't cleared you in two weeks, your physician can add something that will.
