Lots of possibles: There are many reports of vitamins and minerals that effectively treat acne, but little if any prospective research. The following have been reported to be effective: Vit. A, Vit. E, Zinc. Probiotics, Krill Oil, Vit B complex w/ magnesium, and Coral Calcium and Mag. Their worth a try but if they don't work, you'll need to see a dermatologist.

Acne: While there are both oral and topical vitamin A preparations that are used to treat acne, it would not be wise to take it on your own. It is possible to overdose on vitamin A because it is fat soluble. Instead, eat a balanced diet, emphasizing fresh fruits and vegetables and get your vitamins from your foods.
