Localized boneloss: You may suffer from localized bone loss in the lower front teeth, which causing mobility in the teeth and thus as you take a drag of cigarette, the teeth involved moving thus stretching the periodontal ligament and firing and impulse through the a delta fiber, causing tingling feeling. You can schedule an appointment with your dentist and look for this bone loss on the periapical xray.
