Depends who you ask!: For the average person, it really doesn't matter what order you do your exercises as long as you exercise. Many like to warm up w/aerobic activities before moving on to strength training. Others don't want to waste energy but rather focus on lifting then cool down w/aerobics. Unless you're an elite athlete in which your coach will set up your regimen. Don't forget healthy nutrition, too!
