Combo: You cannot perform any anaerobic exercise for very long,so you cannot burn many calories this way. Aerobic exercise can be performed for long periods of time when you are properly trained, and can result in weight loss with proper diet and nutrition. Combination is excellent, though not so much for weight loss as for conditioning.You will rev up your metabolism. Perhaps you meant cardio ?Good Luck
