Exercise: Aerobic exercise stays in the oxygen side of things and produces little to no lactic acid. Anaerobic exercise is out of the oxygen phase and burns glycogen and produces lactic acid. Aerobic is more for endurance and anaerobic is more for short intense bursts like sprinting.
