I can feel a large vein on my right breast which wasnt there before. im afraid i could have breast cancer but i have no other symtoms is this normal.

Yes: Are you pregnant or breast feeding? Do you have any pain to the breast or feel a lump? How old are you? A noticeable vein could be normal, but if you are worried then I would recommend a clinical breast exam.
