What food should i only eat to lower my billirubin level?

Not the key: Food choices are the key to managing illness only in a very few cases, and you should ignore websites that tell you otherwise -- they're by crooks who want to seem smart and caring. If your bilirubin is high because of Gilbert's, no management is needed. Otherwise, a cause needs to be found. Insist your physician explain your situation and that you understand. Best wishes and stay proactive.

Diet usually isn't: The key when it comes to bilirubin issues. This suggest some liver and/or blood issue. First you need to know why your bilirubin levels are high to be able to suggest anything. I will say there are case reports with Gilbert's syndrome(in general a benign disease involving altered bilirubin metabolism) that have been reported better "controlled" with a paleolithic diet.
