3 weeks: dull headache, all-day fatigue, some nausea, tight neck, sensitive scalp, ct scan normal. pt, massages not helping much. what else can i do?

Tension Headache: Headache can be caused by a serious underlying condition. Since you've had a CT, I'll assume a complete and appropriate initial work up was done. This is most consistent with tension headache. Things that can help: application of hot or cold packs, posture improvement, exercise, stretching/yoga, healthy/balanced meals, adequate sleep. Use pain meds carefully due to possible "rebound" or worsening
