Need to know ur age: You have a spectrum of symptoms which makes me suspect that your life is under stress. Stress can hurt our body in many ways and make you nonfunctional. Try to slow down, pick up daily exercise as a means of relaxation. A daily walk, particularly if done in the morings can be big help to make you feel better. Yoga/meditation are also good ways to reduce your stress level.
