VALASALVA: When you cough you increase intrathoracic pressure. It is a bit unusal For this to cause pelvic pain. I would follow up with your doctor and have labs and urine tested as well as abdominal and pelvic ultrasound . You may have underlying endometriosis or an enlarged uterus from fibroids .
