Only on CONCIERGE: HealthTap virtual consultations come via 2 different premium services. On PRIME, no tests are ordered, as the visits are single events, not ongoing care (a PRIME doctor does not follow-up on medical issues, and thus would not order any tests). On CONCIERGE, the doctor generally has or will start an ongoing-care relationship with the patient, and thus may order tests and follow-up at a later visit.
