If you have chronic pain and then improve and have relief can you have an effect of feeling very tired temporarily?

For sure!: Imagine how exhausted a soldier or athlete is after winning over a really difficult challenging opposition. Well, that's a bit like your situation. It's wonderful that you won, but that doesn't mean it didn't take a lot out of you. You need a good solid period of R&R. Treat yourself well. Continue the life-style new good habits you might have learned in winning and enjoy! Congratulations.

Chronic pain: Yes, you can feel tired . Chronic pain might really be Fibromyalgia= joints +muscles hurting without any findings-essentially stress and/or depression related. Subtle signs of depression=stress are fatigue, poor appetite, sleep problems, mood changes and physical symptoms. You also have IBS, which is also stress related. Cymbalta, (duloxetine) is indicated for FMS/pain Also consider therapy + stress reduction
