See a doctor: Feeling breathless with a fast heart rate could be either a sign of heart or lung disease. Heart arrhythmias can result in a fast heart beat resulting in breathlessness. Alternatively, asthma or similar lung issues can result in being short of breath and cause a high heart rate. Either way, you need to see a doctor.
