UTI: Sounds like your wife has a urinary tract infection. She's got several classic symptoms - blood in urine, dysuria (hurts to pee), urinary frequency (feels like she has to pee often). She needs a urinalysis and culture and likely antibiotics to clear up the infection. In the meantime, drink lots of fluid and rest and make appointment with doctor tomorrow.
