About anxiety: Anxiety does not always have an obvious cause & does not feel the same to everyone. Some are very aware of anxiety, others have symptoms like migraines, some have a variety of symptoms not consistent w what we know about the way the body works. However, anxiety on top of an illness can alter the symptoms, & some ailments do have complex/unusual symptoms. If in doubt, 2nd opinion = good idea.

Get second opinion: Stress & anxiety are common and can cause many symptoms but if you're experiencing stress you should be aware of it, which makes me think there are other causes of your symptoms.Doctors often blame anxiety or depression when they can't find the cause. I don't know your symptoms but doctors often overlook thyroid problems, food allergies, heavy metal toxicity, vitamin deficiencies etc.-see comment:
