If you throw up green is that infection that my body is getting rid of on a different antibiotics and that the side effect on it what should i do?

Green vomit: Generally this is bile, and a reflection of the fact that your stomach has been emptied by repeated vomiting and there is little else to bring up. Have no idea what you are being treated for with antibiotics so cannot answer further.
