Difficult: However, a trial of several cups a day of cranberry juice on every other day basis to alternate with unsweetened iced tea on the other days may alter the pH of urine enough to control infection. If works, this may save antibiotic side effects.

Prayer + drink+++: No sure way of getting rid of a UTI without antibiotics. In mean time drink 10 glasses of water per day and urinate every 1 - 2 hours. Please consider a short course of antibiotics.
