SINUSITIS WITH OSA: Unfortunately these issues overlap obesity increases diabetes , which causes weight gain and fosters development of OSA. If you have pansinusitis a prolonged course of antibiotics should be tried first inconjunctiln with nebulized antibiotics, if this fails then surgery. Sleep apnea may improve after sinus surgery. If not retake PSG and consider apnea surgery. diabetes will prove with wg loss
