No: Just let the doctors know that you may have some tendency towards apnea, so that they will watch for oxygen levels. After surgery, i would definitely get it checked out further, though.

No: Let your anesthesiologist know. If it is surgery center inquire about policies there. If it is a hospital your surgeon can help arrange preliminary evaluation while you are there. If your procedure is not urgent, discuss with your surgeon what he thinks the best cause of action. Obstructive sa is not contraindication for surgery.
