My liver function test came back again the number was 45 i was given an abdomenal ultrasound for nafld which was normal my gp cannot tell what's wrong?

Could be normal.: Liver function tests ast/alt can be elevated for a variety of reasons. Mild elevation as in your case could be due to medication use, fatty liver disease, or simply gilbert's disease. Get a second opinion.
