Best w/ Tx: Mild to severe distress either when in social settings and/or approaching them. Physical heart rate/breathing/sweating/dry mouth/etc. Feeling fear/dread/panic Tending to avoid these situations. Therapy works best - alone you'd have to move slowly into the fray just until you really need to stop - relax and next time try to go farther. It would take less time w/ help and the length depends on you.
