Have hard lumps all along the scapular area that are painful for 10 yrs. dr says their lymph n via u/s and unusual place to have them. causes?

Questionable tumor: If the lumps are along medial margin near spine which is what protrudes when one bends forward they for the most part cant be lymph nodes. The latter are found toward the armpit where the major vessels are. U.S. cant dx lymph nodes and if hard one must consider possibility of tumor or tumors of nerve origin arising from muscles of the scapula. Should be evaluated for possible bx.
