Should be Fine: If you are comfortable in the dental chair, in a reclined position, then you should be fine. Make sure your head is well supported by the head-rest. Also, I wouldn't recommended any difficult tooth extractions, since that can place a fair amount of stress onto your neck. However, any other type of dental work should be very comfortable and safe. Obviously, as time goes on, it will get even better.
