Rest: Less than 24 hrs after injuring self you are exercising the injured area again? It is no wonder it hurts worse. If no vomiting/ diarrhea/ blood in stool/ fever you should be fine. Rest area injured and in 72 hrs BEGIN gentle exercise for 7-10 days. Then increase slowly as tolerated. Let yourself heal.
