Hi doctor i have a pain in my lower abdominal muscle that started on saturday afternoon till now . i suspect it has something to do with my colon however i need to attend to work arrangements . is there anything i can take to help heal faster ?

Too little info: Lower abdominal muscle vs colon ?There is no description of the pain or other symptoms so no way to comment on what is going on or what to do?
