i pulled a muscle in my lower back last night a noticed a bulge in my abdomen this morning with no pain at the bulge what could it be

Hernia: Many potential causes, but it is certainly possible that in the same injury in which you "pulled a muscle" in your back that you have also developed a hernia. Hernias do not always have to be painful. I would not hesitate to be seen, particularly if you develop abdominal pain or vomiting.
