Maybe: Aleve (naproxen) is what we call a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory medication (NSAID), and it is processed in your body by the liver. When you consume alcohol, it also is processed by your liver. Ideally, you do not want to consume either for long period of time, because over time it can cause damage to your liver.
