Yes.: There shouldn't be any problem taking aleve (naproxen) after drinking a wine cooler. Be careful, though, and take it with some food, at least a glass of milk, because aleve (naproxen) can upset your stomach.

Not recommended: Avoid drinking alcohol while taken Naproxen. It may increase your risk of stomach bleeding.
