No: Certain abnormalities in hormone secretion can result in sudden adult growth spurts, but is unusual to gain an inch at your age. Shoe sizes can sometimes fluctuate based primarily on water retention or changes in activity levels, but the increase in association with growth in height seems inconsistent with normal fluctuation.
