My 4yo feet seem to not be growing, she has been the same size for a year or more, she has grown a few inches but not her feet.

May be normal: A 4 yo is roughly 40 lb and 40 inches tall.Their usual growth rate is about 3-4 lb/yr and 2-3 inches. The best way to gauge her growth is to follow it on her growth chart, which her doc should be keeping up at her yearly well kid visits. I expect these kids to eat well 4-5 days a month and graze/nibble most other days.
